Privacy notice
This website is run by Rollestone Park Limited ("we" or "us"). This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you use one of our forms we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, plot number, your message and any photos you add. We also record the time you sent it and a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, which we use only to block spam and cannot turn back into your address.
Why we use it
- To deal with repair requests and tenancy enquiries, as part of managing your tenancy.
- To reply to people who are interested in renting a home with us or who contact us.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information, use it for marketing, or share it with anyone except where needed to deal with your request, for example passing repair details to a contractor.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run this website: Hostinger (website hosting), Supabase (secure database and photo storage), Zoho (email) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection, which checks your browser is not an automated program). They only process information on our instructions. Where a provider stores information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to run its spam check.
How long we keep it
We keep repair requests and tenancy enquiries for as long as you are a resident and for up to six years afterwards, as part of our tenancy records. Letting enquiries and general messages are deleted after twelve months unless they become part of a tenancy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or in some cases ask us to delete it or stop using it. To do this, please email contact@rollestonepark.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
